We are writing to inform you that the Lufthansa Group is switching to a standardised login called Travel ID.
Travel ID will replace the existing airline IDs, such as your austrian.com profile. This single login will give you access to all of your profiles for Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS and, if applicable, Miles & More. This will enable you to manage your bookings clearly and flexibly. It will also make it easy for you to access your personal data, up-to-date information and recommendations on all channels at any time.
You need to complete a switch so that you can use Travel ID and transfer the data from your austrian.com profile. You will be guided through this the next time you log in.
How to switch to Travel ID- The switch will start automatically the next time you log into your austrian.com profile. You will be guided through the process step by step. This can be done via the app or using the desktop function.
- You have until 16.01.2023 to complete the switch.
- If you have an austrian.com profile as well as a Miles & More account, you can link them both at the end of the switchover.
Switching will not affect your data.
Your existing profile will be deleted on 16.01.2023 if you do not switch your austrian.com by then. You will, of course, be able to register for Travel ID at a later date by starting the process from the beginning.
